Price is for complete cabin, including pier block foundation, loft area (standard in 12’, 14’ & 16’ wide models). Additional options such as electrical, plumbing, interior walls, custom cabinetry are available at an additional cost. Please note that cabins come with a standard porch off the gable end of the cabin; porches off the “long” side of the cabin are an additional option.
Price includes the first 100 miles of delivery – some exclusions apply. Delivery charges are incurred 100 miles from Whitehall, Montana. Additional charges also apply if set on a conventional foundation. Please call for delivery quote outside of the 100 mile radius from Whitehall, Montana.
Additional charges may apply if cabin is set on anything other than the pier block foundation that is part of the cabin package.
