Cabin for sale by owner. Built by MMC, completed in fall 2017 and delivered in spring 2017. Set on pier block foundation, does not have a loft. Cabin was used seasonally.

• Window & Door Jambs-Resawn Lodgepole Pine/Fir

Ceiling

• Exposed Roof System:  2×6 rough sawn pine & fir mix

Roof System

• Ridge Beam

• Felt Paper:  1 Layer 30# Asphalt

• Tuff-rib metal roofing in Evergreen

• Insulation in roof – 2” rigid foam board

 

Porch System (6’ porch installed off gable of cabin)

• Porch Deck Floor Joists, Rim Joists

• Porch and Deck Flooring-1x6 rough sawn fir/pine

Windows and Door

• Windows:  3 windows on main floor of cabin

• Side windows (2) 43” Wx52”H, front window 60” Wx36” H

• 2 awning windows in back gable

• Exterior Door:  1-36” Factory door/half-light

Log Treatment

• Montana Standard Log oil applied interior & exterior

Added to cabin by owner

• Carpet installed

• Jotul wood stove installed

• Empire direct vent propane heater

• Exterior door and frame painted dark brown

• It's not wired, although there are access tubes installed in the floor that extension cords were run from a generator into the cabin for power.

• Additional decking installed around cabin as well as railing on main porch.
